• Role of Manager:-

• The role of a manager is divided into 2 parts.

1. Objective Part:- The objective is to run the business of the society in efficient manner. The Manager has to ensure that the objective goals and duties and responsibilities of the MC are achieved in consonance with the provisions of the Act, Rules Regulations and the registered bye laws of the society. He has to ensure that the day to day functioning of the society is run efficiently and smoothly and the obstacles, if any, are removed. Another important aspect is to make the system to function in a co-ordinated and orderly manner, so that the day to day functioning should run even in the event of his temporary absence.


2. Subjective Part:- A successful Manager should have knowledge of the system and transparency & honesty in functioning. More than the kind of decision making, it is the quality of decision making which is critical. Timing and transparency are very very vital for decision making. In the absence of timing the whole exercise of an honest and transparent manager may end in futility. It is very important for the manager to know how to deal with and manage the workforce. A successful manager must have the eagerness and willingness to learn new things and to cope up with adversity. This can only be achieved successfully by keeping aside his personal likings and disliking and judging the situation impartially in the light of legal awareness and execute the job efficiently. It is his will power and sincerity which will ultimately decide whether he deserves to be a successful manager or not.

• 1) WATER TANK CLEANING:-

We will remove the dirt, sediments, fungus & the stains and clean entire interior surfaces with all walls, floors, ceilings, pits, pipes, columns, and beams of the reservoir/tank via pressurized Hydrodynamic water jetting without the use of cleaning solutions or detergents.

We will clean all reservoirs/tanks using high-pressure potable water with at least 1500 to 1800 PSI(average 100 to 125 bar rang) at 4-6 GPM flow rate with a standard fan nozzle pressure, sweeping, scrubbing or equally effective cleaning methods without damaging the concrete or coated surfaces.

• 2) RODENT CONTROL:-

The rodents are very dangerous household pests, who eating man's foods and damaging commodities. Certain species are reservoirs for diseases such as plague, scrub typhus, rat-bite fever. The impact of these species upon human populations ranges from inconvenient to deadly. M/S AAI SERVICES is providing an integrated solution for Rodent Control with using trapping & baiting method.

• a) Trapping Method:-

The glue pads and snap traps will be placed on strategic locations. Here the rats will trapped and can be disposed off suitably. Thus foul smell from rats dying in inaccessible areas can be avoided. This treatment is especially for indoor use.

• b) Baiting Method:-

We therefor use a different type of poison – an anti –coagulant. It is mixed with a bait material which is very attractive to rats. It is more effective because rats do not die immediately. It creates a deficiency of Vitamin K1. They die only after about four days. They therefore do not become bait-shy and the entire population of rats stars eating the bait and after about 8 days, all the rats die.

• 3) TREATMENT OF FOGGING (MOSQUITE CONTROL):-

Mosquitoes are worldwide in distribution. They are dangerous as vectors of many Diseases. Especially in the tropical zones mosquitoes are increasingly infected by the malaria and dengue fever parasite. It is impossible to control mosquitoes fully or make your society totally mosquito free. We can reduce the infestation. Mosquitoes after birth can travel an area of 2 kms. It is not possible to treat a large surrounding area. We are doing Fogging treatment to control mosquito. This treatment is done with fogging machine in the evening hours, when the mosquitoes are active.
